I had already selected my tires via text with James and had the price worked out. Process was easy, I signed everything via e_doc, James went over everything. The price may seem like a lot but with all the services included for either a year (which only costs $54 to extend for another year), 18 mos or the life of the tire (depends on which service as to how long it's good for) makes it well worth the price in my opinion. Balancing, alignment, repairs, roadside assistance and if it's damaged beyond just repair, they'll order a new one. My tires are beautiful, brand new and exactly what I wanted for my car.

I went in for slow leak however, the news that I got, I was not prepared for which was my tires were bawling, and I was all the way down past work probably needed to be especially my car. For those of you who don’t know, I work for a nonprofit so money is tight, especially when it comes to getting everything taken care of. I had Red For my dude which she was absolutely amazing when I got the blow of the news the house it’s gonna have to have brand new tires. I mean it’s a lot to take in when you go in for a small leak thinking you’re just gonna get a tire patch to find out that you know need new tires or you’re gonna have a blowout. He already had everything figured out. He got me the best tires at the cheapest price cut me on a payment plan got me all set up and for that I am truly grateful because I travel a lot with people in my car, especially my godson and the last thing that I need to do was take a chance on having a wreck holding precious cargo. It treated me like Family not just him but the entire staff we laughed jokes. Yes it was sort the end of the day, but nonetheless, they made sure I was taken care of for that. I’m grateful so I gave them five stars because I’ve never

Terrible experience had to wait 2 days to get my car back. Had a mustang and Chrysler 300 both get new rims and tires and they call me every day wanting to know how they can earn my business I told them 100 times I am never going back ti them they are over priced and gave me used rims when they said it was new. Very unprepared and don’t recommend this company.

Fast and friendly service. James was so helpful to get me the tires I needed today with no delay and no money down. I will be a regular customer from now on. As an Uber driver it is important to have good tires. RNR has quality tires for sale, and also does free alignment with purchase of the tires. Thanks James!

I had a great experience at RNR Tire Express in the beginningβ€”staff was friendly, and the process of choosing rims and tires was smooth. However, things became frustrating once it came time to manage payments. Buyers should be aware that the payment system can be confusing and difficult to keep track of. I strongly recommend staying on top of every payment and keeping your own records and receipts. Unfortunately, getting receipts from the store was not easy. Their system seems outdated, and there were clear inconsistencies between what the front desk could provide and what was actually recorded. I wasn’t able to receive email receipts, and there didn’t seem to be much effort to resolve that. Even more concerning was the lack of clarity around my payment balanceβ€”staff weren’t confident in confirming what I still owed. That uncertainty pushed me to pay off the account early just to avoid potential issues. This is meant as constructive feedback: improving the payment tracking system, ensuring accurate records, and offering easy access to receipts (especially digital ones) would go a long way in building trust and encouraging repeat customers. Transparency is key in any financial tr
